……raining in my heart……
……and in my back-garden and on my way to and from work and when I sneak a few hours out walking and it seems on the whole of the uk……
Ok, so not great lyrics for the original song but fairly apt for the weather we are experiencing at the moment. I mean, as September and October were sun and dry fests, November is turning into one of the wettest I can remember. No, scratch that, it is the wettest November I can remember.
Climate change or just bad luck? Not sure as the jury is still out on this, but it is without doubt miserable. All I can hope for is falling temperatures leading to either cold dry days or snow. Either of these would be very very welcome after the drenching we are currently experiencing.
I mean honestly, my feet are webbing over!
I spent today walking in a couple of inches of snow, not that I want to make you jealous or anything. But then wet snow on even wetter bog made the whole thing rather hard going……………
Snow? SNOW?!!!! Where?
🙂
