So, with summer finally here (albeit it for a day before the rain returned) I managed to get out again for another day walk. I will give a full account when I have recovered! Needless to say that I struggled a bit in the heat….

The walk was around Tal-y-Bont Reservoir and was a great chance to try out the Keen A86 TR shoes. I’ll post a separate review on how those got on later in the week. It was another early start and fully justified as it turns out. Full write up will follow but suffice it say that it was a fabulous day’s walk
