Summer has been and almost gone it seems.
I have been busy walking and camping on a regular basis during that time but havent had the chance to put any updates on my blog. That’s good right? Work has also taken up a lot of my time recently due to extra duties (but no extra pay – drat). So a quick precise on what I have been up to:
- Bought myself a couple of Berghaus Argentium tops, one short sleeve and one long sleeve. Reviews to follow but for the most part am pretty happy with performance so far
- Have used and abused my Keen A86 shoes much more and these are still performing well
- I have diversified my walking over the summer taking in the west, central and eastern beacons. I have revisited old haunts and new tracks. Also managed to do some lower level walks including the Wye Valley, Southern Beacons (not technically in the National Park) and quite a few “history walks” too.
So, will post a proper post sometime soon but for now am going to enjoy the coming autumn
