I have some good news for those of you who have struggled to contact Sean at OookWorks. He will be getting broadband on Monday. It’s been a frustrating time for both customers and for Sean since circumstances forced his move into the darkest reaches of southern Scotland. As he is too far from a telephone exchange, he’s had to invest in satellite broadband, which has taken a while to install. In the meantime, access to the Internet has entailed journeying to a friend’s. I’m sure that Sean will return to his previous high standards of customer service once he’s back in full contact with the world.
