cycling to work, all 100 miles of it!

Tomorrow sees me riding from South Wales to Herefordshire as part of the national cycle to work day. The round trip is 100 miles so its an early start and a late finish. Good job its the longest day of the year! Its a bit of training for France but also its a good excuse to raise a bit of money for the St Michaels hospice in hereford.
