Autumn is closing in so its a case of now or never for a cycle ride around The Elan Valley. Milder weather and the chance of good views with longish daylight hours still are all bonuses for this time of year. Couple this with a medium drive to get there and back points to September and in fact this Sunday! The route is 60 odd miles and 5000ft of climb so isn’t easy but will be very scenic and a new area to visit.
The hornet sting has gone down thankfully and the antibiotics + antihistamines have done their work so should be all systems go
Roll on Sunday 🙂
