Breaking the 10 stone barrier….

20 months into the “diet” (aka eating sensibly and exercising!) and I have just tripped the 10 stone barrier. 9 stone 13 lbs sounds a bit (excessively) light for a bloke but since I am only 5ft 7inches tall, let me assure you this is a good weight to be 🙂 I am not particularly aiming for anything now other than to hold the gains, continue to eat sensibly, keep fit and monitor the cholesterol. I am pleased with the progress and being able to see my toes is a bonus 😀 Christmas may be a slight challenge but I am weaned off chocolate and even the kids taunting me with sweets and suchlike doesn’t bother me 🙂

Hopefully 2014 will see my continued good progress
