Thats the sound of the year motoring on. Well, here is a quick check in. Um let me reflect.
Camping done recently …. none
Walking done …. a little bit but hardly out in the wilds
Cycling done …. quite a lot
General health …. improving after the latest operation and better than at the start of the year!
I guess its time to hunker down for winter a little bit although I will keep the cycling ticking over. I have decided that next year I will try to balance out my walking/camping and cycling as I have done an awfully disproportianate amount of cycling this year. I have to admit I have on reflection missed not walking and camping much this year so hopefully will rectify that in 2015
Anyway, onwards and upwards and next stop Christmas!

Yeah it is. I am in Indonesia right now about to set off on a 10 day solo motorcycle tour of Central and East Java.
Hang in there it will get better.
