Very quick post.
Managed to get out early this morning to make use of the insanely glorious November weather. Wall to wall sunshine down here in South Wales and in the valleys a spritely 15deg C. Up in the mountains nearer 8-10 deg C plus wind chill but still a cracking day for a walk. Decided to go up Crug Hwyel for a nose about and was treated to very fine views….
Spent a good hour up there admiring the view, taking pictures and relaxing. I wasnt feeling particularily energetic so didnt push on up the ridge to Pen Cerrig Calch and beyond š It was nice just to have a short but vigorous ascent and beautiful scenery on a lovely day.
Having satisfied my little bit of outdoorsy nature, I then managed to grab an hour drooling over winter kit in Crickhowell Adventure gear shop! I really like the look of the RAB powerstretch pants…..a little something for the winter.
Cracking little day out Grommit…
15°C? Sunshine? I’m definitely living in the wrong country in November.
Lol,
wont last forever though Hendrik š Nice whilst its here though
